Where can I return my order?

Will I be charged for customs?
No hidden fees. Our shipping covers freight costs and import duties, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. In rare cases, customers in certain remote areas may still be asked to pay local customs fees on delivery, but this is uncommon.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time refers to the transit time after your order has been handed over to the carrier, not including production. Estimated times can shift due to customs, weather, or peak season. If your order is taking longer than expected, just reach out to us and we'll look into it.
