SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Currently we're only shipping to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, the USA and the UK. If you're living outside of these countries, we can still send you our products, however you need to contact us in order to place your order. Shipping costs very from country to country and depend on your order size. Shipping especially from Switzerland can get quite expensive. If you still want to place an order, don't hesitate to contact us and we will calculate the shipping costs manually.
As soon as the value of your order exceeds 100 CHF, we offer free shipping. If you live in Basel, we won't charge any shipping costs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We wan't to offer high quality products and want to have happy customers. However, mistakes can happen any time and imperfections are part of the handmade process. If you're not satisfied with your order because of any reason, don't hesitate to contact us via our contact form and we will find a solution. If there is a serious problem with any product you ordered and it wasn't your fault, we will certainly send you a new product or you will get your money back. We accept returns within 30 days after the order was placed.
